Why my payment is declined?
Here are a few common reasons why your card may have been declined:
- expired card
- insufficient funds
- reported stolen or frozen
- does not support international transaction
- if you are using a debit card, please be sure it has a CVV and can be billed as a credit card
- it is most likely rejected by your card issuer (contact your bank/card issuer)
If the payment is still declined, we suggest you try a different card or payment method.
The payment was successfully made, but the order is not placed?
If you have made a payment for your order successfully, but the order is not placed or still under unpaid section, please contact support center(whatsapp: 8618689449236). We will do our best to help you.

If the payment page is not responding or some error code pops up, please take a screenshot or record the error code and contact support center to get help.
Why the item price is changed?
We adjust our prices in real time based on our suppliers' prices and aim to deliver you the best deals.
How to change the currency?
To change the currency shown in the APP:
1. Go to homepage;
2. Click the NATIONAL FLAG picture in the upper left corner;
3. Choose the country you are located in;
4. The currency will automatically match
Why do I need to verify my payment on my order?
Detailed personal information may be required for orders selected randomly by our fraud prevention team for further verification before sending out. It is our responsibility to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If the verification is not completed within a certain period of time, your order will be subject to cancellation.
